The Commercial Model 500 humidor
is a wood & glass humidor that has been designed for commercial
display applications at tobacco shops that display bundles. This
humidor is a display humidor with full sliding glass doors. The
humidor interior is fully lined with Spanish Cedar. The humidor
has five slotted shelves made of Spanish Cedar for excellent
air circulation.
The shelves have plexiglass dividers that are removable. You
can select if you would like to display individual cigars along
with your bundles.
The humidor can display 150 bundles of cigars and 625 individual
cigars in the upper display. Each individual cigar display can
hold 20 to 25 cigars each.
The lower storage base can accomodate approximately 56 bundles
of cigars. Please remember the capacity is based on standard
size cigar bundles. If you display smaller bundles you will be
able to display more, and if you have larger than standard bundles
you will be able to display less.
The Commercial Model 500 comes standard with one
HS-1 electric humidifier
that has an auto on-off feature, and is located in the lower
left hand corner of the humidor located in the storage base.
The humidifier is equipped with an 4-inch air circulation fan
that vents upward, and the air intake is located on the right
side of the humidifier, allowing a clockwise rotation of humidified
air within the humidor.

This is a active humidifier with an adjustable humistat. This
is by far the best humidifier that you can purchase for this
humidor. The accuracy of this humidifier is +/-5% in humidity.
This humidifier requires no chemicals to be added and because
of the design, it will preserve your cigars better than other
humidifiers. No refilling for longer periods because it holds
about 1 gallon of water. The HS-1 active humidifier is manufactured
by The Humidor Store.
The Model 500 humidor comes standard with a plunger style lock.

Extra
Slotted Spanish Cedar Shelf |
The Model 500 humidor is available with an optional extra slotted
Spanish cedar shelf. The Model 500 humidor comes standard with
six Spanish cedar shelves that are designed for bundles. The
shelves are made of Spanish cedar stock, and are fully adjustable.
This option
is an additional $125.00.

The Model 500 humidor is available with an optional Individual
Cigar Shelf made of Spanish cedar. This individual cigar shelf
will hold approximately 25 cigars per slot. The shelf will
not pull out because of the glass sliding doors.
This option
is an additional $169.95 per shelf.
The Model 500 humidor is available with optional LED Interior
Display Lights. These lights are installed under each shelf.
They offer the best lighting for all cigars on each shelf.
The lights produce little to no heat and operate on 12 volts.
The very special type of LED Display Lights we use do not
produce Ultra-Violet (UV) light that is associated with the bleaching
or fading of cigars. The LED lights have a life expectancy of
60,000 hours of use.

The Model 500 series humidor is available as an option; four
360 degrees swivel wheels which allows the humidor to be moved
with ease for cleaning or relocation. These wheels are located
on small protruding footpads on the front of the humidor.
This option

The Model 500 series humidor is
available with a finished back. Many customers order this option
when the humidor is going to be free standing in the middle of
a room, or anywhere the back can be seen.
The finished
back option is an additional $440.00.
The Western Caliber digital hygrometer gauge accurately measures
and displays relative humidity and temperature to assure your
cigars are stored in the ideal conditions keeping them in prime
smoking condition. Unlike analog gauges, the Caliber never requires
calibration, there are no springs to stretch or moving parts
to wear out.
