The Commercial Model 648 humidor is our latest design in new
ways to display cigars. The new V shelf design gives you an opportunity
to come up with many different display ideas. All V display shelves
are adjustable. We created this humidor as a wood and glass humidor
that has been designed for commercial display of individual cigars
and/or bundles of cigars. This commercial humidor is designed
for tobacco shops, cigarette outlets, convenient stores, etc.,
who don't want to be like the rest.
This humidor is a display humidor
with full sliding glass doors accompanied by a storage base.
The upper display humidor is Spanish Cedar and glass, and the
lower storage base is fully lined with Spanish Cedar.
The upper humidor has 14 individual V shelves, and 2 full width
V group shelves made of Spanish Cedar with excellent air circulation.
The humidor comes standard with
locks. The capacity of the Commercial Model 648 is approximately
650 individual cigars or 26 bundles in the upper display. The
lower storage base can accomodate approximately 56 bundles of
cigars or 32 boxes of cigars. Please remember the capacity is
based on standard size cigars. If you display smaller than standard
size cigars you will be able to display more, and if you have
larger than standard size cigars you will be able to display
less.
The exterior dimensions of the Commercial Model 648 are 15"
deep x 83" high x 48" wide.
The Commercial Model 648 comes standard with one
HS-1 electric humidifier
that has an auto on-off feature, and is located in the lower
left hand corner of the humidor located in the storage base.
The humidifier is equipped with an 4-inch air circulation fan
that vents upward, and the air intake is located on the right
side of the humidifier, allowing a clockwise rotation of humidified
air within the humidor.

This is a active humidifier with an adjustable humistat. This
is by far the best humidifier that you can purchase for this
humidor. The accuracy of this humidifier is +/-5% in humidity.
This humidifier requires no chemicals to be added and because
of the design, it will preserve your cigars better than other
humidifiers. No refilling for longer periods because it holds
about 1 gallon of water. The HS-1 active humidifier is manufactured
by The Humidor Store.
The Model 648 humidor comes standard with a plunger style lock.
Model 648 Options Available (additional

The Model 648 humidor is available as an option; four 360 degrees
swivel wheels which allows the humidor to be moved with ease
for cleaning or relocation. These wheels are located on small
protruding foot pads on the front of the humidor.

Doors for Humidor Base |
The Model 648 humidor is available with the option of Tempered
Glass Doors for the lower humidor base. The upper humidor unit
comes standard with Tempered glass doors.

Fluted Columns for the Model 648 Series Humidor
The Model 648 series humidor is available with fluted columns
for either side of the humidor. If the humidor will be free standing
on a wall, most customers order fluted columns for each side
of the humidor, this gives the humidor a larger look. Each fluted
column is 4" wide and equal to the depth and height of the
humidor.
Each fluted
column is an additional $215.00.
Finished
Back for the Model 648 Series Humidor
The Model 648 series humidor is available with a finished back.
Many customers order this option when the humidor is going to
be free standing in the middle of a room, or anywhere the back
can be seen.
This option
is an additional $440.00.
The Model 648 humidor comes standard with 14 individual V shelves,
and 2 full width V group shelves. You can order an extra individual
V display shelf at $25.00 each, and a V group shelf at $95.00 each.
The Western Caliber digital hygrometer gauge accurately measures
and displays relative humidity and temperature to assure your
cigars are stored in the ideal conditions keeping them in prime
smoking condition. Unlike analog gauges, the Caliber never requires
calibration, there are no springs to stretch or moving parts
to wear out.
